Exams are just a mirror of what we actually know. When the exam day comes, it is not about what we can guess or assume and write on the answer sheet. It is about how clear we are with the concept. If we start guessing in the paper without clear proof or understanding, it simply means we do not know the concept properly.
Sometimes, we guess answers, and maybe the invigilator gives some marks for that. This might make our grades look good, but the clarity of the concept remains the same as before. Getting marks by guessing does not mean the concept is clear in our mind. It only shows that we took a chance and got lucky.
Grades can give value in exams, but they do not always show how well we actually understand something. Real knowledge is about clarity and evidence, not just scoring marks. If we do not understand the concept well, guessing will not help us in the long run. What really matters is the knowledge we build, not the temporary score on paper.
In the end, exams should be seen as a way to check how much we understand, not just how well we can guess. True learning comes from clarity, and that is what will help us grow beyond the exam hall.
