Why should we share our phone number or email address so freely, when many people are actively trying to spam us, push advertisements, or even exploit systems for their own gain?
At the end of the day, how much privacy you want to maintain is your decision. But in my opinion, it’s always better to be cautious than to get attacked first and then look for a cure. As the saying goes, prevention is better than cure.
